Cancellation policy
In line with JCI requirements all HMC staff will be given the opportunity to attend HITC training courses relevant to their field, at no cost to themselves,
with the following exceptions:
staff who fail to attend a course after receiving a place will not be allowed to re-book unless they pay the full course fees themselves
Staff who fail a course completely may re-sit the course but they will have to pay the course fees.
Exceptions to the above will be made only after the approval of the Candidates Head of Department/Section.
Candidates who pay course fees are expected to attend the course on the date they agree at the time of booking. If a candidate postpones the date of the course they wish to attend, they may do so (as long as it is not less than three weeks prior to the course) on the understanding that they must undertake the course within 12 months of the original booking date. Candidates who fail to attend the course (for which they paid) by the end of 12 months are no longer entitled to attend the course or to receive a refund of their course fees.
